Frequently Asked Questions
These are the answers to the questions that are often asked by our clients.
What can you do for me?
We connect you with job opportunities or study programs in Europe and then guide you through the entire relocation process to make the most of them. From securing the right visa or residence permit to arranging housing, healthcare, education, and integration, we ensure you and your family can relocate smoothly and build a successful future in the European Union. At a later stage, depending on the legal framework of the host country, you may also become eligible to apply for nationality and citizenship.
How does your process work?
We create a Personal Relocation Plan (PRP) for you and the we execute it. The process involves three steps:
1. Tell us your story - Q&A: By completing a comprehensive questionnaire, you’ll provide us with the key details we need to design your tailored Personal Relocation Plan (PRP) — a roadmap that transforms your dream of living in Europe into a clear, actionable path.

2. Activate your plan: Once you have submitted your answers, you will receive a confirmation email. Then you activate your INClub Europe subscription, which allows our team to work on your case. We then carefully process the information and draft an initial version of the Personal Relocation Plan (PRP) for you.
3. Approve and go forward: After the activation we will send you the draft of the PRP via email. You can then make changes with us until a final version is reached. Once you approve it, we begin executing it with you to set your European journey in motion.

Will I have access to all the countries of the European Union?
If you obtain legal residence in one EU country, you gain the right to live, work, and study there under the same conditions as nationals. You also enjoy access to healthcare, education, and social security systems, depending on local regulations. In addition, after meeting certain residence requirements, you may become eligible for long-term EU residence or even citizenship of that country, which would give you full EU citizenship and freedom to live, work, and travel across all 27 EU member states.
Will you find me a job in Europe?
Yes. We work with a network of recruiters and employers across Europe to connect you with job opportunities that match your skills and experience. Once you secure an offer, we take care of the legal process — visas, residence permits, and relocation — so you can move smoothly and start working legally in the European Union.
Can you help me study in Europe?
Yes. We assist you in finding university placements, academic programs, or professional training opportunities in Europe that match your background and goals. Once accepted, we handle the legal process — including student visas, residence permits, and relocation support — so you can focus on your studies while we ensure a smooth transition to life in Europe.
How come is this possible? I this a scam?
This is possible because we work strictly under European and national laws. Each step of the process — from visas and residence permits to nationality applications — follows the official legal framework of the country concerned. Nothing is invented or improvised. Our role is to guide you through these procedures with the support of qualified lawyers and relocation experts who ensure everything is handled correctly. This is not a scam, but a legitimate legal process that thousands of people from around the world complete every year.
Can I become European?
Yes. By legally residing in an European Union country, you and your family can eventually qualify for citizenship of that country once the residence requirements are met. When you acquire that nationality, you automatically become a citizen of the European Union, with full rights to live, work, study, and travel freely across all 27 EU member states. This is an entirely legal pathway to truly becoming European.
What rights will I have if I become European?
With a EU citizenship you will be able to live, work, travel, study and even access social security in any of the 27 countries of the European Union, including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Germany.
Will I have two citizenships?
The Indian Government is at the moment considering the dual citizenship status for Indians who choose to have a second citizenship. For this the Indian constitution needs to be modified. Until this becomes a reality Indians can obtain a status called Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI). You can check the Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) official website here.
Must I have ties to the former Indian European territories?
If you have no ties to the former Indian European territories we get you an EU citizenship and passport through different residency programs in Europe. If you indeed have such ties, we do otherwise. For example, Portugal grants Portuguese nationality to citizens of Goa, Daman, Diu, Dadra, Nagar Haveli, including their descendants (children, grandchildren, etc.). We do that for you and your family.
